I just built a rig here. I currently have 1 of the 7790 Video cards mining at a rate of 240 Kh/s. I just recently purchased another Radeon 7790. I am hoping to double the Hashrate.

Here is my config:
cgminer.exe -o stratum+tcp://stratum.dogehouse.org:3333 -u XXXX -p XXXX -I 17 -g 1 -w 128 --thread-concurrency 8000

Hardware:
1 x MSI H87-G43 mobo
1 x Intel i3 processor
4 x 2GB RAM
2 x Radeon HD 7790 2GB Video Cards

-
How do I go about starting to mine with the 2nd Radeon HD 7790? after it is physically installed

Am i running this at its optimal settings? Anyone else using this card?

- Thanks in advanced

once you have your new card installed make sure that the crossfire is disabled, by default(at least for me) when i put more cards in the crossfire auto enabled and i had to go in and disable it, its in catalyst control center. after that open cgminer (you dont have to change anything in your config file) then your off. as far as are you optimized with k/hs i do not know i use 290x so i cant say for the 7790s.

In the absence of the -d (device) flags, CGMiner will automatically apply that single config to all cards it finds on a gpu platform.   Config looks good.

In other words, you should be able to plop that second 7790 and aim for the moon.

I would recommend, however, that you wipe the drivers off clean (using the CP add/remove progs) and reinstall after you have put the second 7790 in.

Weird errors can (sometimes) pop up when the drivers get a new card dumped on them.
