Hello,

They claim that they charge no fees for trading, but after doing some test trades they secretly charge at least 0.1%-0.2% per trade

Can anybody else confirm this?

I've never used their platform but someone else reported a similar issue on their "Fee page":

why i have 0.3% trade fee ? why not 0%

On a side note:

The above "archived link" was taken on Nov,7 and back then both comments had "10 days ago" as their published dates (it's still the same, weird ).

I have sent numerous emails to "support", no reply so far. So just stay away from this exchange.
