- Show how to make new proposal on https://funding.boolberry.com
- Include steps to sign text in Boolberry wallet to verify alias ownership, which allows creation of new proposals and the ability to vote
- Explain the purpose of using aliases to prevent or detour spamming
- xplain that aliases create a permanent link or association with a wallet address on the blockchain and eliminate the need to remember a long base 58 address. In the future, it will be possible to change the address that is linked to an alias by verifying ownership through the text signing feature
