Decent article I came across. I did a search and didn't see it posted already.

Question on (FinCEN) "Money Transfer" laws. Would an exchange online that traded gold or silver for bitcoin fall under those same laws?

Thanks for sharing the article. I feel the author tried a bit too hard to analogize aspects of gold with bitcoin.
