Transferring money from Mtgox to BTC-e

Can I sell bitcoins at Mtgox and transfer the money to BTC-e and than withdraw?

There's a lot of withdraw problem with Mtgox as you all know.I was thinking of BTC-e as an alternative.

nope, to transfer fiat you need to use banks so you'd still be stucked with the mtgox delay
