I can't see the image you posted, because it shows an error. When a lot of Bitcoins are transferred it is usually a big exchange like MtGox or BtcChina that is moving bitcoins around from one adress to another for security purposes.
But then again "Millions of bitcoins" seems too much. You should post another image or a link to what you mean.

Millions of dollars worth of Bitcoins, perhaps.  For the actual amount, it would be somewhere around 36000 bitcoins.
