Stratum Proxy for Scrypt

I'm getting to the point with my farm that it's really annoying to switch each individual miner to a new pool or coin individually.  Is there a stratum proxy for scrypt mining?

I've found this https://www.litecoinpool.org/help  but it doesn't work with CGMiner 3.7.2 and that's what I have running on my machines. 

Any help would be appreciated.
