Mining while gaming

Hey, my normal speed with 280x is about 650-700kh/s at 13 intensity.  When I try to play League of Legends, I  reduce intensity to 10 to play without lag, but my speed drops to about 100kh/s.  Is there a way I can mine with 280x while playing the game with my i7 2600k integrated graphics?  If not, is it possible to give mining more priority when playing with the 280x?  Thx for help.
