Advice??

I've got about 80% of my relatively small investment (but still hurts to see it vanish!) in altcoins. I'm looking at cryptsy, and it seems like ALL of my coins are tanking! How did I manage to get in at the very TOP of every friggin' coin?? lol

If I get out now, I take what amounts to about a 40-50 percent loss. But I'm afraid if I wait, I'll lose it all.

Yeah I know a lot of you are having the same problem.

Anyone know why the hell so many altcoins are tanking? Or if it is likely to reverse??

Many alt coins are just pump and dump schemes that start off at artificially high prices so the early holders can cash out your investment and leave you with the losses.

You should do your research into any coin before investing in it.

Redundancy.  What do alt coins bring to the table that bitcoin does not?

I'm in the same boat. I will hold all my alts for now, will not sell with a loss.

Are you willing to lose it all, though? Cause I see no signs that the prices on these altcoins will go back up...

I do read about the coins (especially if they're more than a penny each). But maybe the selling points for a lot of them are not really as good as they sound. lol
