different miners one program?

I am no guru at coding but I do have a little bit of understanding, I am currently using bitburners and I also have a bfl jalapeño my qestion is can I use one instance of cgminer to run both devices from a .bat or is there a way from .bat to set cgminer to only recognise the one device and then run two instances of cgminer....

I have tried this but with no success it just throws up errors in and between hashing on the other device. (bfl)

Appoligies, I didnt state I want to set each device for separate pools
