I have used nafa.in in the past . I DONOT find it reliable.
I have received bogus coupon codes which donot work - and have lost good amount of btc on the site because. Though I have got working coupon codes 70% of the times. Getting coupons which do not work 30% of the time is NOT a reliable transaction.

I would dissuade people from using the site for the following reasons.
1. Non existent support. Their support email ID is unresponsive. I have written to them atleast 5 times. Their support ticket mechanism also is unresponsive. ( I haven't used the watsapp number given there - since I wanted to protect my privacy )
2. If you are transacting using bitcoins, there is a delay of around than 30 minutes ( due to waiting time for 3 confirmations from network). During this time , the coupons are still listed and subject to double transaction. ( eg : if use A transaction using bitcoin and then user B  buys the coupon using cash transfer, it gets credited to user B first - since it is instantaneous - but then user A has already transferred the bitcoins - he gets the same coupon code- but thats a duplicate )
3. There is a 7%-11% cost markup  ( post conversion from INR to BTC value ) . ( this site is supported by unocoin - so you can imagine the lopsided exchange rate )
4. If something goes wrong with the bitcoin transactions , there is NO REFUND. You take a risk here .

In a nutshell AVOID nafa.in if you are using bitcoins .
I know this is bad for the bitcoin community in India - but unless they address these issues, its quite unreliable.
