I am very bullish on LTC because of the transaction times, and the overall number of LTC available.  BTC I feel like will become more of a store of value because of how rare they are in comparison with the world's population.   I could easily see BTC being used only to purchase large items in the future, whereas LTC could be used for day to day transactions...

Bullish is the only way to go at the moment. I'll hibernate once ltc starts making headlines.

better question would be.. is it likely to make gains over BTC? as in the BTC:LTC ratio will get smaller.

and the answer, imo, is that yes, if BTC continues to grow, LTC will make decent gains. i don't think it will overtake BTC though.

That's how I'm looking at it as well.
If nothing else, it gives us one purely cryptocoin exchange pair.

Bullish! LTC is going to double in price once it hit Mt Gox and Coinbase which is already in the process of happening.
