What seems to be the issue?

Posting in the wrong forum would be the biggest one.

Last time I checked, this forum was called technical support. Is it because I'm talking about an alternative cryptocurrency wallet? I understand some large BTC holders are a bit prejudiced against alt coins, but technical support is still technical support, regardless of whether it's Bitcoin, Ripple, or Coinye West.

I have edited the OP. Happy now? I assume this is not an issue specific to the coin I am talking about, so I believe the solution for a Bitcoin wallet with this issue would also be the solution for a Dogecoin wallet with this issue.
