Hi all. This is my first real meaningfull post.

I am planning on building this new mining rig.

The new Asrock H81Pro motherboard has 6 PCIe slots (1*PCIe16x + 5*PCIe1x) capable of running a total of 6GPUs plus the onboard graphics. My question goes as to the maximum number of installable GPUs in Windows 7/8 or linux7ubuntu. Will Windows register all 6GPUs plus the onboard VGA/HDMI or just the onboard plus the next 5 in the PCIe order accordingly? If not, will installing ubuntu or any other linux distro register all GPUs plus the onboard graphics? Theres a million guides around and I just can't seem to find anything on this specifically. Im feeling comfortable getting started. Its just the technical aspect that I need covered.
