I believe Creating More Value in AltCoins gaining momentum would be a good strategy.

I think most scamcoin devs are indifferent to people mining them (less miners more for them), trick would be to avoid buying them thus making them worthless.

it's up to the informed buyers to stop buying crap, that will weed out the 'crap coins' , there is no reason to stop developing new coins however
