1 BTC stuck on 7 days at a dispatch

Hello.
Sent with BTC-e on coins-e 1 BTC.In 30 minutes he appeared on coins-e under inscription "unconfirmed", but on balance did not act.7 days passed, and he so hangs under inscription "unconfirmed".Wrote in support both exchanges, answered everywhere, that they not at businesses, the network of   Bitcoin processes a dispatch.How is it possible to return 1 BTC ?What can be done ?

I think the only thing you can do is to contact coins-e again and explain it's been unconfirmed for way longer than it should be. They had some issues this past week so maybe something glitchy happened.

Did you confirm the transaction in your email too?
