This accounts are made without PVC or bill - just a scan or photo document. There is no skrill connected with the account (but you can create it - I will send you a photo/scan).
The deposits were made by virtual cards and every account has a withdrawal (that's the proof that they are working).
Before selling I will give you login, password, four-digit code, email so you can change requisites to prevent any scam.
