We need a new coin called garbagecoin. An exchange is placed where people can exchange their junk coins for X garbagecoins. When the junk coins are received the site sends them to a "null" wallet and the junk coins are permanently deleted. The concept is to get many of these junk coins off the market, and provide a "small" reward in return with garbagecoins.
