My rig is hashing but on the flypool site it's stuck and not counting, I am afraid my shares will be lost.

Should we move to other Pool?

its not down, my rigs use flypool for equihash and there still connected and hashing

also looking at flypool everything appears to be normal. you do know it takes some time for the website to update the shares you've submitted

they did just post saying there experiencing some network degradation and they just posted again pool fee is removed for 24hrs
