Anyone else have low payouts from HashFaster pool?

I have mined for 22 hours straight at 3.1 M/h, the pool said I should get 710000 to 88000 depending on diff. After 22 hours I have a total of 45000. WTH!! Does he divert 40% of the coins to himself? I tried to contact him on the pool via the chat portal but it can't connect. After 22 hours I should have had a minimum of 70k coins!  I hate when a pool doesn't pay out, anyone else have problems with his low payouts? I quit as I am only making a little over half what I should have.
