The waiting time between posts

Hey al,

First of all, I assume this topic is already out there somewhere, but still I would like to address this issue to you.
I'm relatively new to the forum, meaning I have a low post-count. So after every post I make I have to wait for
6 minutes to post again (360 seconds). For me, as I'm used to engage in multiple conversations at once, this is really
annoying.
I know the administrators of this forum probably do this on purpose, to avoid spamming and other malicious use
of the forum. I totally get this, as this is always a huge challenge for the administrators.
Still, I would like the waiting time to be lowered, as it significantly reduces the satisfaction for normal users.
Even halving the time would be a huge improvement, while the forum still stays unattractive to spammers.

I'm hoping you will take this into consideration.

They did it for good reasons. Just be patient, and the restrictions will be lifted. Can't be that hard to wait 360 seconds?

It's annoying for sure when you start but everybody has to deal with it. And you don't have to wait long for it to be lowered as it goes down with the the more activity you get. Mine is less than 30 seconds for instance.

Copy that!  Although, now that I am not dealing with the 360 rule, I certainly notice a difference and enjoy the board that much more.  So, hang in there.  It doesn't stay like that for long.
