Hey there -- I've been trying to contact Burnside to no avail, perhaps someone else can help me? I have LTC that have been sitting on the Burnside mining pool for months. I logged in today to transfer them to BTC-E, but the LTC payout address says "permanently locked." The payout address corresponds to a wallet that doesn't exist anymore and I see ZERO options to change my address.
I combed the boards and people said to PM Burnside in order to take care of the problem, because he's the administrator, but I've contacted him three times over the last three days and he hasn't answered even though it says he has logged in.
Did I contact the right person? If not, who should I contact? Perhaps somebody can give a heads-up to Burnside for me?
