Sorry for necroing this thread (2013 yeah), but I'm having issues with CEX.io support and they don't seem to want to help me out, do you by any chance remember how you solved the issue (if you did) ?

They have a thread opened here in forum and I would advice to make a post there explaining your issue.

I just sent them a PM to check your issue but since today is weekend and mostly businesses don't work on Sundays so maybe expect a response tomorrow.
