Mt Gox scammed me mt Gox huge scam

Hi I am a 25 years old Italian boy. I entered the bitcoin about one year ago,  so I am not so noob even if not  expert. I have  used mt Gox and now I am using bitstamp. Why?  Because it is 2 months almost that I cannot go inside my Gox account. I   2 had the 2 factors   authentication and the app Google  authenticathor  on my phone, then my phone broke  I had to factory reset and lost all passwords  insidr Google authenticator. I asked support in  bitstamp and in some days  solved my problem. Mt Gox does not  after having  opened several   tickets on their support. I  still have 4/5 bitcoin on that account but I cannot reach them. I lost my hope. I tried to contact th em even on  and Twitter with no result.  I went for Gox hoping that since it was a big  market  I would not have had problems.  was wrong.
