I'm not a professional real estate agent or anything. Nor do I plan to continue buying and selling properties as my profession.
It just so happens that hyderabad property is family property and the goa property is kind of getting lucky by being at the right place at the right time.
So both have a "saturation point" in my mind as well as in my life
