Yeah i get doge are taking a while but over 30 hours.. it is getting a bit redic.

The doge exchange was busted most of yesterday.

and it isnt just doge.. I have had 3 deposits not show up.

and yes I get delays.. buit i had deposits of the same coin that i sent much later, actually show up.

since the maintenance, it is pretty bad there right now.

Love the site, handy.. when working, but right now I am scared to send coins..
cant do shit automatic.. cause now I have to watch every penny.

I guess they are slammed with support tickets, but not a word for hours about mine.

where is a good alternative until they get this shit worked out.. cause this sucks.

@joulesbeef

(One of my earliest fans LOL.....)

Personally I have never had an issue with them and my customer service tickets are always seem to get handled really quickly.

Not quite sure where all this hateration is coming from.

I did over 2000 successful trades at Cryptsy. Yes they are a bit slow sometimes, but overall I have a good experience with them.

They are definitely one of the overall best alt exchanges right now, but are probably also 80% understaffed  Wink

The best thing they can do right now is overkill. If they need 5 more servers to match current or even projected demand, then install 10. Hire more knowledgeable customer service reps than needed, because ultimately that is 90% of the game. Lots of people rip on Amazon and probably rightly so, but their customer service is fucking obnoxiously good.  Set some service standards.  All level 1 and 2 calls resolved within 4 hours. Level 3 within 1 business day.

that's what I got:

Quote
Thanks for contacting us about your issue. I just want to reassure you that your DOGE deposit/withdrawal will arrive. Due to the massive popularity of DOGE many users are transferring DOGE to Cryptsy en mass some of these blocks have as many as 280 transactions tied to them. When we get a couple of these large blocks in a row the queue builds for the deposits.

How can you help speed things up?

* If you send less frequent but larger deposits you can free up resources not only at Cryptsy but on the DOGE chain.
* Make sure you pay the transaction fees or the DOGE chain will delay your deposit!
* We ask that you wait at least 24 hours from this ticket before worrying about your deposit. It will post.

If you have not received the coins by then you should reply to this ticket and make sure you include the following.

* Coin type:
* The full transaction ID in text format:
* Amount:

hey bitcoin express, yup yup. .i'm back in these pastures again.

Love the site... really I do. Its great for us miners. And I understand things are complex.

and I understand doge is going nuts so everyone is sending every doge cent there.

But it has just been a little shaky since the last maintenance cycle.

Maybe I just got caught in a cog.

but waited 26 hours, submitted a ticket with all the details.. been over 8.. nothing . not even crickets.. I would think they would be swamped with tickets.. but it dont look like many of you are having issues.,
