I think to save time in choosing bounty campaign, one of the best thing is to check the bounty manager and his previous works and how successful they have been because experienced and good managers will not accept bounties with no good intention/ ideas. You should also check out for how much they are will to offer and how profitable it will be for you as a participant.

The fastest way to save your time from reading is to choose the bounty manager who really scan his project before accepting the job! If you one tell also the others about him or her because helping others is also one step of sharing your blessing to everyone.

There are some manager who do this a lot but in some reason they only accept high ranking profile starting Member so it is hard to join under them some time.
