Hello all! I am new here...
After looking at the various exchanges, I thought Bitfinex looked good, with lower trading fees and all - website also looks quite clean and professional. So, after hanging around various forums for a while, I wired some USD into the account, only to find that after the money got transferred, I am now unable to log in.
The password reset function also doesn't seem to work, pressing on it sends an email to my account which allows me to reset it again and again, without leading to a page asking for a new password..I am of course starting to get worried now, and there doesn't seem to be any announcement about website downtime at this moment in time...
I have since sent an email to Support, but the online consensus is that the support can be patchy.
Wanted to know if any of you have any experience with this?

I have since been able to log in - no issues!
