Can I rent out my LTC mining rigs?

I know the short answer is yes, but why and how?

I know there are people out there who have "dirty coins" that want brand new fresh ones and that I understand but why would anyone want to rent KHS unless they were turning tainted coins into new minted coins.

Also I have about 10000 KHS I'm willing to rent out depending on the offer.

How would this work, how much can I charge, why rent them out if I can mine with them?

If anyone can help answer these questions I'd be more then grateful.

I'll take them, I dont care! others though may not want to be holding them or cashing them out, so they give them to me and mine brand new ones for themselves.
