A year ago I reviewed the Pandaminer B3 Pro, today we created an updated review on the Pandaminer as they claim to have made many improvements to their prebuilt plug and play gpu mining rig! Lets find out if that is true . .

I don't quite understand the need for a lengthy discussion when obviously the translated spec sheet shows the pandaminer mines 230 MH/s while consuming 1600w whereas the E3 does 180 MH/s at only 800w. Thats like comparing pandaminer's 7 watts per 1 MH to bitmain's 4.5watts per 1 MH.

Seems pretty clear that the E3 is much more efficient and profitable option. I hope pandaminer gave that to you to review for free.

It needs an upgrade, rx470 just dont cut it in profits for other algos. Eth is ok on it. Not as efficient as e3 true, but It does have more flexibility than a e3, but its not very good at other algos.

A few hundred more and you can get a octominer board and 8 nvidias or upgraded amds, and those cards are resellable to gamers unlike the modules on the b3, and better on non eth algos. Used cards would be the way to go.

I Never attempted using another os. Figured it would cause issues. Glad i didnt risk it it after what happened to you vosk. Its not worth the trouble.

pandaminer 1600W is just PSU spec not the consumption. Consumption should be around 1050W.

B3 is 1250w on eth, if the b3 was 180mh like the e3, it would be a little over 1000w. Makes the e3 about 200w more efficient at the same hashrate.
