Hi,

I have recently being mining Coinye and probably will for another week or two to get perhaps 10 million in the hope of an exchange accepting them and then doing a pump and dump before going back to my usual mining of stablecoins.

What are the views on stablecoins?  I am hoping a site simlimar to silkroads might adopt them for the annomity and that might push their value up, althuogh I see their value has been decreasing steadily?  What are other user pinning their hopes on?

I am also keeping a keen interest on the Alpha viper, though as all are gone now for the first batch I think anything after that will earn very little.

Any opinions from people?

I wish all happy mining whatever you choose to mine

I'm bullish on the Alpha Viper and like the level of communication the company has been giving. I bought a number of these on pre-order within the first hours and believe this will be a big opportunity if they can deliver early enough. Scrypt mining is still nascent enough that there should be payout to Viper owners. I purchased a few extra if it is something you're interested in, but I would only sell them at a premium since they are at the beginning of the line. If interested, feel free to PM me.

What other equipment manufacturers are you looking at right now? Any opinion on KnCminer's Neptune?

Hi TheUnity!

I personally put high hopes on Stablecoin for more or less the same reasons than you, thinking that the great ideas behing this altcoin will increase its interest and therefor its value.

However there is still a real matter of communication with the dev which is a real drawback, and I'm thinking that's a part of the recent depreciation of the coin. However, the upgrade from 1.4 to 1.5 at the beginning of the year, with the difficulty coming up and down that comes with and the closure of Crypsty for a day, made a lot of people accumulating Stablecoins and selling them recently, following the path of all the pump and dump guys who took advantage of the low difficulty of the early 1.5 version.
Since yesterday, the exchange rate seems to be stabilized around 0.000065 BTC which seems a lot more reazonable even if it's still a third under the rate we knew at the end of the year.

By now, I think everyone, including me, are waiting for news from Artos on the coin mixing beta. We can see some impatience on the forums lately, with a lot of open letters blossoming  Smiley

That should bring its bunch of change  Grin

Good luck for your mining project(s)
