What happened::

I tried a small deposit yesterday, funds never got to my RipDice balance and admin does not respond to inquiries on the forum and to PM.

Maybe you should have looked the ANN thread before depositing. The scam was confirmed 2 months back, and the thread clearly has discussions of it.
