Cryptsy - is this a joke?

Its now the third time in 2 days, i trade a little bit and after i will buy a few coins a i can buy a little bit but not the whole order i cancel it because the price rises.
But i can cancel the order, when i click on cancel there stand:

This Order ist currently processing

And it took 5-10 hours that i can the order cancel.
WTF is this shit? A Joke or where is the problem? i dont get it, there is no currently process!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
