R9 270X 4GB model - Hashing speed?

As the 280X models seem to be sold out everywhere currently and the 290X is too pricey for mining I was looking at the 270X.
The regular 270X has 2GB ram and a hashing speed of about 400 Khs. But there is also a 270X with 4GB RAM that is a little more expensive but I am really curious what the hashing speed would be on that one as it even has more RAM than the 280X.

Anyone know?
The 4GB model is not listed on the Litecoin hardware comparision page (yet)

I just get one Sapphire 270X 4GB and i get 488 Mh/s (with a little overclock) - though it will be faster, but ... maby i'll need some time to play with params of cgminer, and i'll pass the 500 Kh\s barier
