Best mining pool for LTC

Hey guys so i have been previously posting that i have issues with low reported hash rate on pools (5 times lower than my actual mining speed on GUIminer) and now i found another disturbing thig. Share recieve speed on coinotron is 3 times lower than on LTCRabbit. I have two instances of GUIMiner runing and on GUIMiner where i use it for LTCRabit i get 3 times faster shares. Speeds of GPUs Hash rates are the same on both. As far as i know shares are equally worth on those two pools right? So it should be recieving them on same speed.

Is there any specific pool that has best mining speed?

I still dont know what to do and how to solve my reported hash speed on pools.
