Whats is the best pool? (Ant Miner/Antminer)

I started mining with an avalon at about 50gh, while I was using this I was finding btcguild to be quite good.
But I have recently acquired an ant miner which works at 180 gh.
I was finding that on btc guild it was never giving me an average much about 170gh, so I have been trying Eligius instead.

Does anybody else have any recommendations, or experiences with the ant miners, do certain pools favour them, or does it not make a difference?
