Greetings all.
I'm unacquainted with pretty much all things
BTC, so apologies for my ignorance.
A friend just asked if I'd set him up to receive
BTC and already things seems a little complex.
I registered myself for an account at blockchain.info then created a wallet
( address is 1CvBmha3S9aDZTZLv61qsjQL7krCgvtw9D )
I then made a "donate" button and embedded it at the top of my own site -
http://www.kindleicious.net - just a temporary test bed (or so I hope!!)
Ensured that the required scripts, were in the <HEAD>, vis:
<script type="text/javascript" src="
https://ajax.googleapis.com/ajax/libs/jquery/1.8.0/jquery.min.js"></script>
<script type="text/javascript" src="
https://blockchain.info//Resources/wallet/pay-now-button.js"></script>
Then embedded the button code.
And OK, the button LOOKS fine but - when you click on it, the BitCoin address shown is
different to the one I coded; what's more, if you refresh the page (and
every time you refresh the page) - the BitCoin address
changes.
