Ok so I am helping this guy build a mining rig. We have 4 HD 7990's on an asus z9pe-d8 ws with dual Xeon Processors and 32gb of RAM

I have good flow rates ~6LPM and stable temperatures at ~29c.

We boot up, install windows, wait for windows to find the cards, each GPU, and ti recognizes all 8 gpus. But it's disabling 3 GPUs by itself. So we went in and disabled all the things on the PCI bus that we could think to disable to free up soem resources, IE: hd audio, usb 3, second intel gigabit port, 1394 firewire, the PCI slots that are not in use, ext.. We can get all but ONE GPU to enable. Once that 8th GPU enables we get a PCI Resource Allocation Error.

I KNOW this board can run 4 7990's, and just so yall know in mining you don't run your cards in crossfire so all the cards are suppose to run in x16 mode according to the manual (I check the slots to make sure they were in the right spots).

I can't for the life of me figure this out. We have reinstalled the mobo bios to latest version, reinstalled catalyst software and updated the cards. Anyone with some experience doing this please help me.
