KLINGON DARSEK [KED]

The client has been rebuilt on a fresh Novacoin base with a couple of tweaks.

SPECIFICATIONS:

Chain Type: Scrypt/POS
Block Target Time: 1 Minute
POW Block Reward: 3.5
PPC type re-targeting
Trade confirm: 6 Blocks
Coin maturity: 120 Blocks
RPC Port: 8444
P2P Port:8443

Block one will be a super block of 285K coins. This is to replace the coins in the original chain through the KED REDEMPTION PROGRAM.
At the time of block cut-off, approximately 285,000 Darsek had been mined.

After relaunch, an E-mail address will be published for those with Darsek wallets from the original chain to mail in the wallets. The wallets will then be imported and dumped by a specially modified client. The balance in the wallet will be sent to an address on the new chain the wallet owner specifies in the e-mail.The new chain uses completely different parameters and address version, so the private keys in the old wallets are useless except for redemption.

The records for this exchange will be public. The old wallet addresses and balances can be seen here:

http://www.scificryptocoin.org/index.php/general-information/ked/darsek-redeem-spreadsheet

As wallets are redeemed, the addresses in which the balances were sent will be recorded.

Originally this was going to be an automated wallet conversion built into the new client itself, but the Windows client was having issues with the way an aggressive salvage key scan worked.

FEDERATIONCREDITS [UFC]

This coin has been preminied but the difficulty is currently very very low.   The reason for the premine is to fund large give aways on StarTrek forums to bring in interest from outside the crypto world.

SPECIFICATIONS

rpcport = 12345
1 min block (difficulty re-target every block)
50 credits per block
1440 blocks a day.
Block reward halves every 2 years
Start diff is 0.1
Premine 0f 1 million to be distributed fairly.

I'm mining Darsek over at kedcoin.com while the difficulty is still at a low 0.09784439  Shocked  Low enough to mine a few blocks and high enough to keep the orphans at bay!

The devs are also getting ready to launch their own exchange:
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=408284.msg4433214#msg4433214

These guys have been hard at it for a while and I think that having dedicated dev(s) makes all the difference in a coins success...especially when we are being flooded with crap coins left and right!

Have Fun!

As you can see, the difficulty increase from the network hashrate increase has already lowered back down.  Coin is performing nicely!

Kudos to Dreamwatcher and unfocus for their hard work Grin

I am going to miss the low diff once the scifi exchange opens up. But at least once it opens up we will know what the true value of these coins are. Its been tough mining UFC and KED when you have electricity bills to pay.
