Is it possible to get tokens from failed ICOs ? I mean, ICOs are just "projects" so you assume the risks if they fail or the risks are assumed by the ICO creators ?

Of course it could, but back again if the project just failed then the tokens are also no enthusiasts to buy. so that token even though we have nothing will be worth it.
