i just found that withdrawal TAG from BTer is not workable.
Is this problem permanent or just for a short time?

Bitcoins cannot be withdrawn either.

Is there anything at all that CAN be withdrawn?

They said they will implement it in the future. This is just fraud. I bought TAG so i could do some arbitrage and now i am stuck. I read smth about TAG and it gives you percentage of the coins you own per month or smth. I suspect that is the reason they don't allow TAG withdrawals, so they basically get free interest.

CENT, TAG, ZCC are not allowed to withdraw atm, others are fine.
