Building a cloud-based system to recover a forgotten wallet password

I'd like to build a system to run wallet password-recovery scripts like what's being discussed on this thread: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=85495.20 on an arbitrary number of CPUs in the cloud.

I'll pay to build the system, then will let the developer make it open-source to let the community add improvements and use it freely.
