Lets explain why - *if I'm correct as to what the wallet was to be used for:
I was expecting the Wallet to be broken or split up because we highlighted its potential use, therefor if people can watch it, and watch it slowly decline then this has the opposite psycological and solicaological effect that was intended.
If the intention was to use this wallet to dump Quark, and to hurt confidence for a vector of attack.
Our broad observation of the existence of the wallet hurt that, because as information flowed about this wallet and its decline in number; then the "market psychology" would switch to confidence; because as Quark is largely distributed the market would feel that when this wallet stops dumping Quark low, then, inevitably the price will rise.
so at a point past 50% down in number this could spur buying low as the "market" felt that the price would soon rise .
