that was my intention when i coined up the creative domain PayBitcoinPal.com
but from my research i have not found anything.

For realsies? There's already several payment processors for Bitcoin. Or do you want to make one that'll send you your coins back after you complain that you were hacked or didn't receive your item?

Bitpay, Bips, Coinbase. I'm sure there is or will be many more.

Easiest to use is Coinpayments.  They support multiple currencies and have a Paypal pass through for Paypal payments. 0.50% + TX fee for cryptos.

The down side i guess is that Bitcoin payment gateway cannot be automated like Paypal
it needs a human touch.
