I'm interested in the bitcoin Script language - looking for someone who can comment on the potential implementation of assurance contracts described here:

Is something like this possible on the bitcoin network today?

The simplest example I think everyone understands is the kickstarter model... People promise to contribute variable amounts of money until a total promised amount has been reached, at which point all the transactions go through.
