Asked for collateral for a loan, I provided a 250.00 Gift card for Sears that he accepted through the GYFT app.  He received code, and insta logged off.

I have emailed Gyft about it, but I do not think they will do anything about it.  It was bought with btc awhile back, so its my loss.  Do not want sympathy, just a warning to all here.

that's a bizarre one... congratulations bud, you got a sears giftcard that may very well be cancelled, or even better, you use it and are video'd.

Don't do business with newbies, unless you use a trusted escrow.  That scammer only had to put 10 posts into his scam.
