CSS and HTML is the sitebuild. We make the design for the existing website - same menus similar structure - and we make a design plan on that. If you like the hotoshop plan, we make it from scratch into html and css, and if you want we can integrate it into the existing site. It seems to me that the first step for your effort is get a really good SCOPE of the work. From an initial view of the site you referenced, it appears that there will be a lot of reusable elements. I am willing to help you put together a document that you can use for a "Request for Proposal." If needed, I can help you evaluate the responses, award, and manage the delivery. For the initiation phase, I think the rough estimate for my effort will take $5,000 to $10,000 (US) to complete (just a couple of weeks). If you are interested in this type of approach, let me know. |

It is only a design work. All the back-end is already done and working. and I agree with the client, I believe I told him when he displayed the site in another sub forum. The site needs an overhaul, it looks very amateur and I'm glad he took the advice and now he trying to look for a professional designer. I would totally get in this project with my team if we weren't full until March |
