The coin I want to sell are only available to sell on a chinese exchange. I need a chinese phone number that can receive a text message with a code and tell me the code in order to transfer coins out of the account. I would pay a % of the coins that I sell on that exchange.

OK, if you have it all figured out, go for it. Since its clearly a  service for Chinese people only, you would be breaking T&C + possibly Chinese law by doing this. So open to blackmail / account closure in that respect as well. But whatever ....
