Coins not showing up in my wallet.

I am fairly new, trying to learn this. Getting 400MHash/s. Using Slushs Pool (bitcoin.cz) and Guiminer.
My estimated reward is fluctuating on bitcoin.cz. I paired my bitcoin address from my wallet(bitcoin wallet program)
 to my account(bitcoin.cz) and created a worker which than I added the info(username+password and correct pool).
It connected and says around 400MHash/s in Guiminer. It's been running for some time now.
Am i missing something? Thanks to all.

I never used shlush's pool, but I'm sure it has a "Auto Payout" option. That said, the default value is probably at 0.01. That means the payout finds place when you mine 0.01BTC. With 400MH/s it can take a while.
