Well, it took more than two hours to send BTC and half a day to withdraw. I didn't bought anything. I sent 0.02 BTC and received 0.018 BTC only. Comission - 0.002 for nothing. Thank you, dev, you know how to make money!

I sent 2 millions COXE, in 5 min I had it.

I withdrew BTC, and it took like 20 minutes. No problems for me.

Although it is in the early stages as an exchange, the manual process and slow response time really causes a drag. In order for their to be liquidity, you need speed. I have pulled all funds out of the exchange.

you have to contact their support.  It took like 4 days in total with all issues I had to be resolved.

But yeah, contact their support. Best way is through IRC.
